We do not accept refunds or returns on any hats including made to order, ready to ship or custom ordered products except for instances of damage during shipment.
If the product is damaged during shipment, please send a photo of the damage and a refund or replacement product will be sent at no additional charge.
It is required a photo of the damaged product to issue a refund or replacement. Photos can be sent to copeachcreations@gmail.com.
Refund or replacement requests for damaged products must be made within 30 days of purchase. No refund will be issued until the return has been received.
